“My twice weekly training sessions with Ben have kept me motivated for the past 3 years. Ben is very personable and whilst the sessions are always fun he certainly puts me through my paces. I have a shoulder and knee injuries and Ben is always very quick to adapt an exercise if it proves too difficult for me on a particular day. He incorporates strengthening/rehabilitation exercises into my sessions and pays attention to technique and positioning so that I always feel that I get the best out of them. I highly recommend him!”
