My twice weekly training sessions with Ben have kept me motivated for the past 3 years. Ben is very personable and whilst the sessions are always fun he certainly puts me through my paces. I have a shoulder and knee injuries and Ben is always very quick to adapt an exercise if it proves too difficult for me on a particular day. He incorporates strengthening/rehabilitation exercises into my sessions and pays attention to technique and positioning so that I always feel that I get the best out of them. I highly recommend him!

Ben has been my personal trainer for the past 3 years, giving me weekly 45 minute PT sessions which I found to be fantastic. He is flexible and makes the sessions personal to meet the individual’s goals and conditions - for example I had him throughout my pregnancy and appreciated his extensive knowledge around do’s and do not’s during pregnancy; similar story when I was not feeling 100% where he would make the sessions lighter but still worthwhile.

Ben has been my personal trainer for 18 months. I lacked motivation after moving to the UK and quickly fell victim to the Heathrow injection. He is a likeable fella until he can’t count to ten but don’t hold that against him, he’s just trying to get the best out of you.
