Everybody approaches fitness from a different level of health, strength and age, and there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to achieving your aims. My sessions combine numerous different disciplines including body-weight exercises, strength training, conditioning, cardiovascular activity and mobility work to help you get a workout that gets you where you want to be – while keeping fitness fun and exciting, rather than a chore.
Starting with an initial session where I'll assess your base-level health and fitness and listen to you to understand your goals, I'll put together a bespoke fitness plan which addresses Iifestyle, diet and exercise, building progressively to keep you challenged, motivated and engaged. This plan will be reviewed and your progress monitored carefully, to ensure you're getting the very best from our sessions.
